 Our Bhutanese Green Tara Incense is an ancient incense that is used to protect and purify the physical organs, it energises and clears the chakras and balances the mind. It is used in meditation and spirtual development. It is prepared by an experienced Bhutanese Doctor following procedures laid down in the Tibetan Medical Book.

Bhutanese Incense is a Dhoop incense which means that it is solid incense, it does not have a bamboo stick so you need a tibetan incense holder with the big hole
