Refund policy

Returns

 You may return any unused goods in their original packaging within 28 days of the date of delivery. It is your responsibility to take care of the products and ensure they are packaged and returned to us safely in a saleable condition.

Please note, you will be required to cover the cost of return carriage. We are also unable to refund the original shipping amount paid to send the order. We always advise to obtain a proof of the return.

The return address is: The India Shop Ltd, Honeystreet Mill, Honeystreet Wiltshire SN9 5PS. Returns are at the customers expense, except in instances where an item arrives damaged or incorrect. In these instances please notify us within 48 hours. You can contact us by email info@theindiashop.co.uk or telephone on 01672 851155 and if possible please include photos.

Cancellations

Cancelling your order If you wish to cancel your order please contact us as soon as possible by email info@theindiashop.co.uk or call 01672 851155, if your order has not yet been shipped we can cancel your order and issue a refund straight away.

If it has been shipped then please allow for the item to arrive then return it to us to RETURNS, The India Shop, Honeystreet Mill, Honeystreet Wiltshire SN9 5PS and we will issue you a refund upon receipt of the goods, providing they are in the same sellable state that they were sent to you in.

Please note, if an order is cancelled after it has been shipped out from our warehouse, you are liable for any charges incurred in getting the goods sent back to us. All outbound charges incurred are also non refundable.
