Terms & Conditions
Ordering
By placing an order with us you will be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
When you place an order you will receive an order confirmation email from us. This is an acknowledgement and is not an acceptance of your order, and does not oblige us to supply you with the products you have ordered at the prices given.
Our team will process your order, and will inform if products are delayed or unavailable. A contract is not formed between us until payment is taken and we dispatch your goods. Please note no payment will be taken until your order is picked and ready for dispatch.

If there is a problem with the order, you will be contacted by a member of our team. Sometimes it is not possible to fulfill orders, for example where the product is unavailable or we identify an error in the description or price of an ordered product.
Where we require a response from you and have not heard back within a reasonable time, we reserve the right to cancel the order.
We reserve the right to reject any offer of purchase by you at any time.

Product descriptions and pricing
We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on our website are correct.
All prices on the website are aimed to be correct at the time of publishing but we reserve the right to alter prices without prior consent or notice.
Payment
Payment for all orders is at point of dispatch
All prices are inclusive of VAT (where applicable) at the current rate.
All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer.

 

 

Discount Code Policy: No Stacking or Combining Codes

We appreciate your support and love offering special discounts to our valued customers! However, please note that discount codes cannot be combined or stacked.

Only one discount code can be applied per order.

 Discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions, sitewide sales, or automatic discounts.
 If multiple discount codes are available, please choose the one that best suits your order.

TRADE INFORMATION

1.All goods are subject to VAT and are supplied to trade only.

2.Goods are supplied in minimum quantities as specified in the brochure.
Prices in the catalogue refer to the single unit price.

3.All goods remain the property of New Overseas Traders until paid for in full.

4.All goods are handmade. If you are not satisfied with the quality, we will take them back, provided the goods have not been displayed or sold.

5.Subject to availability orders are delivered in part or in full.

6.In case of non-delivery no claim can be accepted for loss of profit.

7.Any order discrepancy complaint must be made within 3 days of receipt.

8.Orders are always proforma. Credit/debit card details must be provided at the time of placing the order and payment will be taken by this method only once goods are packed and ready for dispatch

9.No product liability is accepted if items) are mishandled or misused.

11.Our textiles are machine washable on a cold and gentle cycle. Continuous exposure to bright sunlight will accelerate the fading process. Drying in a hot tumble dryer may result in shrinkage.

12.Deep-coloured textiles or rugs should not be placed on light coloured surfaces due to possibility of colour transfer.

 

ORDERING:

We have no minimum order value.

Delivery charges:

UK Mainland: carriage free on orders over £175 exc VAT (except orders for furniture or wooden flooring where it will be charged at cost) Carriage charges for orders less than £175 is £8 & VAT.

UK Non Mainland Ireland, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Germand, Luxembourg, Netherlands Carriage Free on orders over £300 exc VAT (except orders for furniture or wooden flooring where it will be charged at cost) Other destinations – carriage charged at cost, agreed before dispatch.
